Can Auto Start-Stop Save Fuel?

Auto start-stop can save fuel. When the auto start-stop function is activated, the engine is still working and maintains normal operating temperature, only the pulley stops and the rotation speed decreases, so there is no issue of high instantaneous fuel consumption. Auto start-stop is a system that automatically shuts off the engine when the vehicle comes to a temporary stop (such as at a red light) and automatically restarts the engine when it's time to move forward again. During red lights or traffic jams, the auto start-stop system can automatically turn off and restart the internal combustion engine, reducing the time the engine idles, thereby decreasing fuel consumption and emissions. Additionally, shutting off the engine when stopped effectively reduces noise and vibration, providing a better driving experience.
