Can a slightly bulged tire still be used?

A slightly bulged tire can still be used, but only after the damaged area has been repaired through hot vulcanization. This method involves using high-temperature vulcanization to fuse raw rubber into the tire wound, which then cools and solidifies to seal and repair the damage. This repair process has high technical requirements, as the timing during high-temperature vulcanization must be precise; otherwise, it may cause varying degrees of impact. A tire bulge occurs when the cords inside the tire's inner ply break, allowing air to push outward from the broken cords. Without the support of these cords, the elastic rubber forms a bulge under the pressure of the air. In other words, a bulged tire indicates that the internal cords have already broken. If not repaired and continued to be used, it may lead to a tire blowout.
