Can a Forklift License Operate a High-Level Forklift?

No. Note: The ordinary forklift license is issued by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, while the high-level forklift license is issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The two licenses are not interchangeable. Both certificates are valid nationwide, but the ordinary forklift license requires annual review. Whether obtaining a forklift license or a high-level forklift license, professional safety and technical training must be completed, and both theoretical knowledge and practical skills must meet the required standards before one can start working. Precautions for operating a high-level forklift: Before starting the forklift, conduct an inspection of the vehicle, including the control system and alarm devices. Only proceed with driving after all checks are confirmed to be normal.
