Can a car be sold and transferred to another location?

Selling a car can involve transferring it to another location. To do this, you need to go to the original vehicle registration office where the car was registered to complete the procedure for transferring the vehicle's records. Then, take the relevant documents to the vehicle registration office in the area where you want to register the car to complete the transfer and license plate registration process. When processing the transfer-out procedure, the original license plate and vehicle registration certificate will be reclaimed, and a temporary license plate valid for 30 days will be issued. This temporary plate should be kept safely, as it must be submitted when completing the transfer-in procedure. Additional information: 1. For an out-of-town transfer, the following are required: ID cards of both the buyer and seller (if it's a company, the organization code certificate, official seal, and the agent's ID card are also needed), compulsory insurance policy, and the vehicle registration certificate. The original purchase invoice is not required. 2. Documents needed for vehicle transfer: Original copy of the "Vehicle Registration, Transfer, Cancellation/Transfer Application Form," and the original and photocopy of the current vehicle owner's identity proof.
