You will support identity, access, and credentialing operions within a mission-critical environment to ensure seamless security services for our nional security partners. The Informion Security Analyst will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support identity, access, and credentialing operions, to include resolving technical access hurdles, managing sensitive documention, and completing required tasks/actions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supporting a dediced team a government locion to provide DEERS PII changes, CAC, Token, and Retired Military ID issuance. Managing Identity, Access, and Credentialing issues while providing high-level support within a customer service environment. Resolving ServiceNow and JIRA tickets efficiently to address technical access and credentialing hurdles. Contributing to the successful completion of project milestones and group objectives through collaborive technical support. Providing technical input to project deliverables, stus reports, and solutions for complex security problems. Conducting routine troubleshooting to identify and resolve customer issues reled to PKI and system access. Minimum Qualificions: High School Diploma/GED Experience naviging secure environments and meeting security requirements in the Sponsor’s environment or similar high-security settings. Proven experience handling sensitive PII informion and maintaining accure documention within a secure facility. Experience working across large teams to drive a security agenda and managing access for diverse personnel. Experience utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel) and communicion tools to provide stus reports and daily inventories. DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certificion (e.g., Security+, SSCP) or ability to obtain Ability to work flexible shifts between the hours of 7 AM ET and 5 PM ET. Preferred Qualificions: Prior experience as a Lead or Supervisor in a high-stress, mission-critical security environment. Strong troubleshooting skills used to narrow down complex technical issues or access discrepancies for end-users. Self-starter with excellent people skills - able to work across teams and drive change throughout an organizion. Clearance Requirements: An active TS/SCI with Polygraph Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stionary position 50% Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Frequently communices with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentions.
