Apply Now MANTECH seeks a motived, career and customer-oriented Workforce Analytics/Da Scientist to join our team in Springfield, VA.   The Workforce Analytics/Da Scientist will support the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) office by delivering comprehensive oversight and compliance capabilities. You will apply deep subject mter expertise to develop policies, stregic implemention plans, and tailored training while leveraging da science to protect privacy rights and civil liberties.   Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Carrying out primary and secondary da collection and analysis activities, including the interpretion of analytic results and the development of vetted recommendions for senior leaders. Utilizing and developing queries from HRIS systems and business intelligence tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau. Partnering with EEO staff to provide demographic-reled workforce analytics for organizional oversight and federal reporting. Identifying and reporting on triggers and barriers to equal employment opportunities by analyzing workforce metrics and employee sentiment. Displaying analytic results visually and textually to communice complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences all levels of the organizion. Supporting annual, quarterly, and ad hoc internal and external reporting requirements by preparing briefings and stregic staff merial. Participing in internal and external working groups and meetings reled to workforce demographic da topics and project management.   Minimum Qualificions: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Operions Research, Mhemics, Stistics, Da Science, or a reled quantitive field. 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in social science or workforce analytics-reled fields. Experience conducting qualitive and quantitive da analysis using descriptive and inferential stistics such as ANOVA, t-tests, and regression modeling. Experience with and demonstred ability to extract and synthesize complex informion to prepare briefings, read-aheads, and presentions with high tention to detail. Experience and proficiency with da science and visualizion tools, predominantly Tableau, as well as Python, R, or SQL. Experience utilizing human capital da regarding promotion, trition res, and internal churn within an EEO context.   Preferred Qualificions: Subject mter expert in quantitive and qualitive human capital research with an advanced degree in quantitive field. Advanced proficiency in coding, specifically including SQL for dabase management. Self-starter with experience interacting with senior-level directors and executive leadership to drive organizional change.   Clearance Requirements: An active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph.   Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stionary position 50%. Constantly operes a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer.
