In this role, you will play a vital part in protecting mission-critical systems by identifying, analyzing, and responding to cyber thres in a dynamic and fast-paced operional environment. You will provide hands-on technical support, incident response leadership, and advanced analytical capabilities to ensure continuous mission success. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing leadership and advanced Cyber Security Operions Center (CSOC) support, managing cyber and network sensor activities Performing security event and incident correlion using informion ghered from multiple enterprise sources Conducting cyber incident triage to determine scope, urgency, and potential impact while identifying vulnerabilities and recommending timely remediion Tracking cyber incidents from initial detection through final resolution and analyzing potential damage to da and infrastructure Performing cyber engineering trend analysis, producing detailed reports, and supporting 24x7 mission operions Collaboring with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous monitoring and response readiness Minimum Qualificions: Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of additional cyber experience in lieu of a degree 5+ years of cyber security experience in incident response and/or malware detection Active IAT Level II certificion (such as GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) Experience with Windows and Linux opering systems Working knowledge of current COTS Cybersecurity technologies and familiarity with dabase and opering system security concepts Understanding of the lest security principles, techniques, and protocols Preferred Qualificions: Active CNDSP-IR certificion (such as GCIH, CSIH, or CEH) Experience working within a Cybersecurity Operions Center (CSOC) environment Experience with COTS technologies used in Cybersecurity Engineering environments Clearance Requirements: An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stionary position 50% of the time. Constantly operes a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculor, copy machine, and computer printer.
