To maintain the efficacy of your Easy Plate EC test kit, proper storage is crucial. Before opening the aluminum bag, refrigerate the kit at 2-8℃. Alternatively, it can be stored below 25°C for up to 14 days or below 30°C for up to 5 days. However, please note that storage at 25°C and 30°C has not been validated under AOAC Research Institute PTM 031601 standards. After opening the aluminum bag, place any unused sheets back inside. Fold the bag's end over twice and seal it securely with tape. The Easy Plate EC test kit has a shelf life of 3 months after opening when stored under refrigeration. Unopened, and stored correctly, the Easy Plate EC test kit has a shelf life of 18 months from the manufacturing date, as indicated by the expiry date marked on the product label after the word “EXP”.
