An SMS center number, or Short Message Service Center (SMSC) number, is a unique identifier that routes text messages; it is stored on your SIM card and depends on your mobile network operator. To find or update it, you can contact your carrier directly, as the number is not universal. On Android, you may be able to find it in Settings > Network & Internet > Call > Advanced > SMSC settings or by dialing a code like ##4636##, and on iOS, you can check for a carrier settings update.
