If your SBARTAR Honeycomb Shades Cordless or Cordless TDBU are not working as expected, don't worry! Here's a troubleshooting guide to help you resolve common issues.
Shade Won't Snap into Mounting Brackets: First, make sure your mounting brackets are correctly aligned with the headrail. Check that they're positioned properly for the shade to click into place. Refer to your installation guide to ensure the headrail is angled correctly to hook into the front of the bracket. Push the headrail upwards until it snaps securely into the brackets.
Shade Won't Lift Properly: For cordless shades, try gently pulling down on the bottom rail to reactivate the lifting mechanism. You might need to repeat this a few times. For Cordless TDBU (Top Down Bottom Up) shades, fully lower the middle rail to the bottom first, and then lift both the bottom and middle rails together. Ensure that all the brackets are securely locked, as this is essential for smooth operation.
Uneven Shade Stacking: If your shade isn't stacking evenly, lower it completely and then raise it back up. Repeating this process can often correct any unevenness.
Fabric Fraying: For woven fabric shades, you may notice some fraying along the edges over time due to contact with the window frame. To address this, use a pair of fabric scissors to gently trim any frayed edges, which will help maintain the shade's appearance.
By following these steps, you should be able to resolve many common issues with your SBARTAR Honeycomb Shades. Always refer to your product manual for detailed installation and operational instructions. If problems persist, consider contacting the manufacturer for further support.
