Having trouble pairing your ILM 953 Motorcycle Helmet with your phone or other device? Let's get you connected! First, make sure both your helmet and your device's Bluetooth are turned on. Next, put your ILM 953 helmet into pairing mode. You'll typically do this by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button on the helmet's communication module until the LED indicator flashes rapidly. On your smartphone or other Bluetooth device, go to your Bluetooth settings and search for available devices. You should see the ILM 953 Helmet listed. Select it. You may be prompted to enter a PIN. Check your user manual; it's usually "0000" or "1234". After successful pairing, the LED indicator on your helmet should stay solid. Test the connection by making a call or playing music. Still not connecting? Try these troubleshooting tips: Ensure your helmet and device are within Bluetooth range (up to 30 meters or 98 feet) and that nothing is blocking the signal. Double-check that your helmet and device aren't already connected to something else. Restart both your helmet and device, and then try the pairing process again. Consult your user manual for any device-specific troubleshooting advice. If problems persist, contact ILM customer support for assistance. The user manual is your best resource for detailed instructions and additional information.
