Having trouble getting your eufy RoboVac G30 Hybrid connected to your Wi-Fi? Let's troubleshoot! First, ensure your RoboVac is charged and the power switch is on. Next, verify your Wi-Fi router is functioning correctly and has an active internet connection. Double-check that you've entered the correct Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password during setup. eufy RoboVac G30 Hybrid works with 2.4GHz networks using WPA or WPA2 encryption, so confirm your router settings. If you use a hidden network, confirm the SSID and password are correct. Try moving your RoboVac closer to your router for a stronger signal. If your router uses a mixed 2.4/5GHz network, temporarily switch to the 2.4GHz band for setup. You can also try resetting the Wi-Fi on your RoboVac by pressing and holding the Wi-Fi reset button for about 10 seconds. Finally, follow the EufyHome app's instructions to set up the Wi-Fi again. If you're still having issues, contact eufy customer service for further assistance.
