
Experiencing issues with only one of your APEKX True Wireless Earbuds working? Let's troubleshoot! First, examine your device's audio settings. Ensure the mono audio option is disabled, as this setting can route audio to a single earbud. Also, verify that the volume balance isn't skewed, and both earbuds are receiving equal audio levels. If the problem persists, try resetting your APEKX earbuds. Place both earbuds on a flat surface and hold them down for about 8 seconds until they power off. Then, place them back in the charging case for a few seconds. Remove them and press and hold both buttons simultaneously until they turn on and flash, indicating a reset. Furthermore, confirm that both earbuds are adequately charged. Check the indicator lights on the earbuds or the charging case. Remember, both the case and the earbuds can be charged simultaneously while the earbuds are in the case. The indicator light turns red during charging and green when fully charged.
