Absolutely! Here's how to install your Select Blinds Designer Double Cell Blackout Honeycomb Shades:
Inside/Ceiling Mount:
- Position the shade and mark the front edge.
- Measure 3 inches in from each shade edge and mark.
- Mark bracket locations and center additional brackets as needed.
- Position brackets 5/16 inch from the window casing for a flush mount.
- Drill holes at the marked locations.
- Secure the brackets into place.
- Mount the shade into the brackets.
- Attach the cordless lift handle(s).
- For shades up to 24 inches wide, clip a handle centered on the bottom rail.
- For larger shades, attach two handles spaced evenly.
- To lower the shade, use the handle(s) to pull down. To raise, lift up.
The same steps apply for bottom-up/top-down shades.
Outside Mount:
- Place the shade and mark the corners.
- Measure 3 inches in from each edge and mark.
- Mark bracket locations and center additional brackets as needed.
- Drill holes at the marked locations.
- Secure the brackets into place.
- Mount the shade into the brackets.
- Attach the cordless lift handle(s).
Optional Extension Bracket:
Use the extension brackets for additional wall clearance, following outside mount steps.
Optional Hold-Down Brackets:
Secure the shade bottom with hold-down brackets, as per the manual.
Optional Side Mount:
For shades 60 inches or less in width, use side mounts for a flush fit. Assemble the brackets and measure from the window casing to the front of the bracket based on your shade type. Install side mounts accordingly. Refer to the diagram in your manual for visual guidance.
