Assembling your BLACK+DECKER BD17203 Rapid Induction Area Heater is straightforward when following these steps. First, turn the tank housing upside down and attach the wheel assembly to its base using two M8 x 16 screws. Next, secure the three anchoring arms to the base of the tank housing with six M6 x 12 screws and six M6 nuts. Then, fasten the belt inside the tank housing using one M5X12 screw and one M5 nut. Align the burner holes with the top of the tank housing, ensuring the control panel aligns with the door. Attach the burner using four M5 x 12 screws and four M5 nuts, tightening them securely. Remove the three preassembled M5 nuts from the upper supporters and slide the supporters into the slots at the top of the burner, securing them with the removed nuts. Remove the three preassembled screws from the top of the burner and attach the glass tube ring using these screws, ensuring a tight fit. Assemble the radiation screens by attaching the upper screen to the lower screen using three M8x75 studs and three M8 nuts. Attach the reflector to the radiation screen assembly using three M6x60 studs, three M6 washers, and three M6 cap nuts. Place the reflector onto the upper supporters and secure it with the screws removed earlier. Insert the glass tube into the glass tube ring. Attach the three mesh guards to the hooks on the upper supporters. Finally, place a propane gas tank (not included) into the tank supporter and tighten the belt to secure it. Remember to close the door before use after connecting the tank to the regulator. These steps will guide you through assembling your BLACK+DECKER BD17203 Rapid Induction Area Heater.
