Assembling your BLACK+DECKER BD17203 Rapid Induction Area Heater is straightforward when following these steps. First, invert the tank housing (F) and fasten the wheel assembly (J) to its base using two M8 x 16 screws (AA). Next, secure the three anchoring arms (GG) to the base of the tank housing (F) with six M6 x 12 screws (BB) and six M6 nuts (CC). Then, attach the belt (L) inside the tank housing using one M5X12 screw (DD) and one M5 nut (EE). Align the holes at the bottom of the burner (E) with the top of the tank housing (F), ensuring the control panel on the burner aligns with the door on the tank housing. Use four M5 x 12 screws (DD) and four M5 nuts (EE) to attach the burner (E), tightening securely. Remove the three preassembled M5 nuts from the upper supporters (K) and slide these supporters into the slots at the top of the burner (E). Replace the M5 nuts to secure. Remove the three preassembled screws from the top of the burner (E) and attach the glass tube ring (D) using these screws, tightening fully. Assemble the upper (B) and lower (C) radiation screens using three M8x75 studs (II) and three M8 nuts (JJ). Attach the reflector (A) to the radiation screen assembly using three M6x60 studs (KK), three M6 washers (MM), and three M6 cap nuts (LL). Place the reflector (A) onto the upper supporters (K) and secure it using the screws removed earlier. Insert the glass tube (G) into the glass tube ring (D). Attach the three mesh guards (H) onto the hooks of the upper supporters (K). Optionally, use the anchor (FF) to secure the heater to the ground. Finally, open the door of the tank housing (F) and place the propane gas tank (not included) into the tank supporter, tightening the belt (L) to secure it. Remember to close the door before use after connecting the tank to the regulator. These steps will help you properly assemble your BLACK+DECKER BD17203 heater.
