Starting your Simpson Premium Pressure Washer is straightforward. Follow these steps:

1. Fuel Up: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, high-quality unleaded gasoline. Ensure it has a pump octane rating of 86 or higher, and avoid overfilling.
2. Check the Oil: Verify the engine oil level according to the Engine Owner's Manual instructions.
3. Pump Oil Level: Inspect the pump oil level using the sight glass; it should reach the dot. Add SIMPSON Premium Pump Crankcase Oil or SAE 15W-40 oil if necessary.
4. Connect Water: Attach the water hose to a water source and turn on the water supply until a steady stream flows.
5. Filter Check: Confirm the filter screen is correctly placed in the pump's water inlet, with the convex side facing outward.
6. Attach High-Pressure Hose: Connect the high-pressure hose to the pump outlet.
7. Select Nozzle: Choose and install the appropriate nozzle for your cleaning task on the spray wand.
