Experiencing connectivity problems with your Cync Outdoor Smart Plug? Or perhaps you want to reconfigure it? Resetting the device can often resolve these issues. Here's how to reset your Cync Outdoor Smart Plug: First, unplug the smart plug from the power outlet. Next, locate the power button on the Cync smart plug and press and hold it down for approximately 10 seconds. While still holding the button, plug the smart plug back into the outlet. Keep holding the button for another 10 seconds, until the LED indicator light on the Cync Outdoor Smart Plug begins to flash rapidly. Finally, release the button. The Cync smart plug is now reset.
