To zero the ATEC ADT282 Dual-Channel Reference Thermometer to correct for signal drift in millivolts (mV) and resistance readings, follow these steps: First, connect your mV or resistance signal to the appropriate channel on the ADT282. Then, access the menu for the measurement channel you wish to zero by clicking its menu icon. Within the menu, locate and select the zeroing icon for that channel. The device will then execute the zeroing process, effectively removing any zero-point drift present in the signal. Please note that the zeroing function is exclusively applicable to mV and resistance signals. The permissible zeroing range is up to 1% of the full scale (FS).
