How it Works: After frying food and adding liquid (water, stock, etc.), the Aromatic lid is placed on the pot. Steam rises, condenses on the lid's underside, and drips back onto the food, ensuring gentle cooking and preserving aromas and nutrients.
Filling the Lid: Fill the lid with ice or cold water, no more than halfway. Recommended amounts based on lid diameter:
Regulating Temperature: Start cooking on a high heat setting. After adding liquid to deglaze the food, reduce the heat to a low setting to maintain an internal pot temperature around 80°C. Ensure only minimal steam escapes before sealing with the Aromatic lid.
