Syncing your XAOC Devices SARAJEWO Analog Delay Line to an external clock source allows for precise tempo control. Here's how to do it: First, connect your external clock source to the sync input on the SARAJEWO module. The module will automatically switch to external sync mode, and the tap tempo button backlight will turn red. The delay time will then be governed by the external clock's tempo. The SARAJEWO adjusts the delay time based on the incoming clock signal. When you disconnect the external clock, the module reverts to free mode, and the delay time is determined by the t3 time setting. Be mindful not to exceed the BBD clocking limits. Attempting to do so, such as by setting the t3 time to its extremes or using a high-amplitude CV signal, will cause the time factor to be automatically reduced to the nearest synced value, to maintain echo synchronization.
