Synchronizing your WA-100/101 True Diversity Wireless Receiver with its compatible transmitter (beltpack, handheld microphone, or podium microphone) is straightforward. Here’s a guide for each type:
For Beltpack Transmitters (WA-BP1 or WA-BP2):
- Turn on the beltpack transmitter.
- Open the battery compartment on the beltpack.
- Press the IR-SW button on the receiver. The receiver's IR LED will start flashing.
- Align the open battery compartment of the beltpack with the receiver's IR LED.
- The receiver's IR LED will pulse, confirming communication.
- Once the IR LED on the receiver turns off, the sync is complete. Check the beltpack's display for confirmation. You should now have an active audio signal.
For Handheld Microphone Transmitters (WA-HH1 or WA-HH2):
- Power up the handheld microphone.
- Open the battery compartment.
- Press the IR-SW button on the receiver. The receiver's IR LED will flash.
- Position the IR IN inside the microphone's battery compartment towards the receiver's IR LED.
- The receiver's IR LED will pulse, indicating successful communication.
- When the IR LED on the receiver turns off, synchronization is complete. Verify on the microphone's display. You should now have live audio.
For Podium Microphone Transmitters (WA-PM1 or WA-PM2):
- Switch on the podium microphone transmitter.
- Press the IR-SW button on the receiver; the receiver's IR LED will flash.
- Point the IR RX LED on the podium microphone towards the receiver's IR LED.
- The receiver's IR LED will pulse to show communication.
- After the receiver's IR LED turns off, the sync is done. Check the microphone's display. You should now have a live audio signal. Following these steps ensures a successful sync for your wireless audio setup.
