You can easily save and recall your preferred height settings on the VIVO DESK-E144B controller using its memory function. Here's how to do it: First, position your desk at the desired height. Next, press and hold one of the numbered memory buttons (1, 2, 3, or 4) for approximately five seconds until the display shows "H1", "H2", "H3", or "H4", respectively, indicating that the current height has been saved to that preset. Repeat this process for each of the other numbered buttons to store up to four different height settings. To use a saved preset, simply press the corresponding numbered button, and the desk will automatically adjust to that saved height.
