Next, tap the scale with your foot to turn it on, and the display should illuminate. On the base of the scale, select your preferred unit of measurement, pounds (lb) or kilograms (kg). Wait for the display to show "0.0" before proceeding. To personalize your user data, press the "Set" button. Use the Up/Down buttons to choose a user number from P-01 to P-4 and confirm with the "Set" button. The scale will then prompt you to set your height.
