Connecting your OPTONICA JXLCAM to its mobile app for remote monitoring is straightforward. Here's how, based on the user manual: First, download and install the JXLCAM app. You can find the correct version for your device by scanning the QR code provided. Next, power on your OPTONICA JXLCAM using the USB cable, ensuring it's connected to a 250V power supply. The red indicator light should illuminate, signaling the device is ready. For remote monitoring, make sure a Wi-Fi signal is available. With the device powered on, the red light will flash, indicating readiness for connection. Connect your smartphone to the same Wi-Fi network. Open the JXLCAM app and follow the on-screen instructions to configure your device for remote access. If you wish to store video recordings, insert a TF card (maximum 128G) into the device while it's powered off. Once inserted, the device will automatically record; older videos are overwritten when the card is full. If you encounter TF card issues, power off the device, format the card, and reinsert it, ensuring it meets the C4 standard. For network problems, check your router and Wi-Fi password, as the device does not support 5G Wi-Fi. Finally, customize your device name and password. The default password is often "admin." Following these steps will help you successfully connect and use your OPTONICA JXLCAM for remote monitoring via the app.
