Setting the date and time on your iProvèn BPM-337 blood pressure monitor is straightforward. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Ensure the monitor is turned off.
2. Press and hold the "SET" button for approximately 3 seconds. This will initiate the SETTINGS mode.
3. Use the "MEM" button to adjust the hour digits, which will be blinking on the display. Once the desired hour is set, press the "SET" button to confirm and move to the next setting.
4. Repeat step 3 to sequentially set the minutes, month, day, and year.
5. After the year is set, the display will prompt for the measurement unit. The default setting is "mmHg" (millimeters of mercury). Press the "SET" button to save this setting. Alternatively, you can use the "MEM" button to change the unit to "kPa" (kilopascals) before pressing "SET" to save your preferred unit.
6. Once the measurement unit is set, the LCD screen will display "DONE," and the device will automatically shut off.
