Setting the cooking time and temperature on your Hamilton 33663 6-Quart Programmable Slow Cooker is easy. First, plug the slow cooker into a power outlet and press the ON/OFF button to turn it on. The default setting is 4 hours on HIGH. To adjust the temperature, press the TEMP button. Remember, the WARM setting is for keeping food warm, not for cooking or reheating. To set the cooking time, use the HOURS button. You can choose from 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10-hour increments. You can change the temperature and time independently at any time during the cooking process. For safety, the slow cooker will automatically shut off after 14 hours of continuous cooking or warming. Once cooking is complete, your slow cooker will automatically switch to the WARM setting. For detailed instructions and safety information, please consult the Hamilton Beach 33663 6-Quart Programmable Slow Cooker User Manual.
