To safely replace the saw blade on your Einhell TP-CS 18-190 Li BL Cordless Handheld Circular Saw, follow these steps: First and foremost, remove the pack to ensure your safety. Then, engage the spindle lock to hold the saw blade firmly in place. Next, use the provided saw blade wrench to loosen the arbor nut that secures the blade. Carefully push back and secure the moving swing guard hood using the lever designed for this purpose. Remove the clamping flange and the old saw blade, taking them out in a downwards direction. Thoroughly clean the clamping flange. Now, insert the new saw blade, paying close attention to the indicated running direction, which is marked by an arrow on both the guard hood and the saw blade itself. Tighten the arbor nut to secure the new blade, ensuring it runs true without any wobble. Before you start using the circular saw, always check that the swing guard hood functions correctly, moving freely without jamming and returning to its original position after each cut.
