Changing the blade on your BORMANN PRO BCS2350 disc saw is a straightforward process. For safety, always start by disconnecting the saw from the power supply. Place the saw on a stable, flat surface, and lower the base plate to its minimum cutting depth. Locate and engage the spindle lock button, usually found near the motor housing, as indicated in your saw's manual. Hold the spindle lock firmly. Using the wrench provided with your BORMANN PRO BCS2350, loosen and remove the blade clamp bolt by turning it anti-clockwise. This will allow you to remove the outer flange. Next, raise the lower guard using the lever provided, and carefully remove the old saw blade. Before installing the new blade, clean the saw blade flanges. Then, mount the new blade onto the output spindle, ensuring it sits against the inner flange. The blade's teeth and the directional arrow on the blade must align with the arrow on the lower guard. Reinstall the outer flange and tighten the blade clamp bolt securely. Finally, manually rotate the blade to ensure it spins freely. Following these steps will help you safely and correctly replace the blade on your BORMANN PRO BCS2350 disc saw.
