To program the daily and weekly schedules on your GENERAL LIFE SENNA 300 thermostat, follow these steps: First, ensure the thermostat is on. Then, press and hold the "Weekly Program" button for about 3 seconds. The hour setting will begin to blink. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the hour to your desired time. After setting the hour, press the "Heating & Cooling Option" button once; this will allow you to set the minute using the "+" and "-" buttons. Next, press the "Heating & Cooling Option" button again to select the day of the week. The day indicator will blink, with "1" representing Monday. Use the "+" button to advance to the next day and the "-" button to go back to the previous day. Once you have selected the desired day, press the "Weekly Program" button once to set the schedule. The "P0" setting will blink. Press the "Weekly Program" button once more to adjust the temperature for "P0" - note that you cannot change the hour setting for "P0" as it's a factory setting. Press the "Weekly Program" button again to proceed to the next schedule. If you don't need to change the day, continue by pressing the "Weekly Program" button, and then use the "+" button to advance to the next program setting, such as "P1". Repeat the process of setting the hour, minute, and temperature for each schedule as needed. When you have finished making all changes, press and hold the "Weekly Program" button for 3 seconds to save the schedule. To review your weekly schedule, simply press the "Weekly Program" button while the thermostat is on. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to move through the days, and press the "Mode" button to view the settings for each program ("P0-P6").
