Low Battery Indicators:

• LED Flashing: The LED on the Outdoor Contact will flash whenever the device is activated (opened or closed) when the battery is low.
• LED Illumination: The LED will also light up when the Outdoor Contact is activated under a low battery status.
• Functionality Failure: If the battery is completely exhausted, the Outdoor Contact will cease all operations, and the LED will flash every 4 seconds.

Battery Replacement Steps:

Once you've identified that the battery needs replacing, follow these steps:

1. Remove the protective cover and the battery cover.
2. Unscrew the battery cover and remove the old batteries.
3. Press the Tamper Switch twice to fully discharge any residual power.
4. Insert fresh AA L91 Lithium batteries into the battery compartment.
5. Replace the battery cover, screwing it back in place.
6. Reattach the protective cover by aligning it correctly and pressing until you hear a click.
