Knowing when your batteries are fully charged is straightforward with the XCell BC-X500 Charger. The charging status is indicated by LED control lamps. For AAA and AA batteries, a flashing orange light indicates the charger is running a self-test. A solid red light means the battery is charging. If the light flashes red, it suggests a non-rechargeable battery, incorrect polarity, or a defective battery. A solid green light signifies the battery is fully charged and the charger is in trickle charge mode. For 9V batteries, a solid red light means charging. When the light goes off, the battery is fully charged. If the light remains off, the battery is either non-rechargeable or defective. Always refer to these LED indicators to ensure proper charging and prevent potential issues like overcharging or using the wrong battery type.
