Knowing when your TEXET LMA4-VX lamination machine is ready is straightforward. First, plug the laminator into a power outlet and switch on the hot lamination function. The machine will start to heat up, indicated by a red LED. After approximately 3-5 minutes, the green "READY" LED will illuminate, signaling that the machine has reached the optimal operating temperature. At this point, you can prepare your laminating pouch. Load your document centrally inside the pouch, ensuring it aligns with the pre-sealed edge. Remember not to use pouches thicker than 250 (2 x 125) microns per side. Once the "READY" LED is lit, insert the sealed edge of the pouch squarely into the machine until it engages with the rollers. Avoid inserting the open edge first. The pouch will then move through the machine and exit at the rear. It's normal for the "READY" light to go out during this process as heat is transferred. Also, a slight smell from the pouch is common during lamination. Always use the correct size pouches; do not cut them down. Finally, after use, turn off the laminator and unplug it.
