Tools You'll Need:

• Fork Lift (recommended)
• Crow Bar
• Metric Sockets or Open Wrench Set (13mm thru 18mm)
• Medium Flat & Philip Screwdrivers
• Needle Nose Pliers
• Safety Glasses
• Gloves

Installation Steps:

1. If necessary, remove the bolts attaching the Wheel Stop & Runway to the Front Crossbeam.
2. Position the Front Spacer (#2) on the Runway, aligning the bolt holes with the Wheel Stop holes and the center hole in the Runway.
3. Secure the Front Spacer to the Runway using M8 Bolt & Nut at the back and M12 x 40mm Bolts at the front. The Alignment Wheel Stop should be mounted between the Front Spacer & Runway.
4. Position the 'sliding' Turntable Pad (#3) against the rear of the Front Spacer.
5. Center and square the Long Spacer (#5) on the Runway, bolting only the Front Tab to the Runway using M8 Bolt & Nut.
6. Position the Movable Spacer (#4) behind the Turntable Pad, inserting the hooks into the holes of the Long Spacer.
7. Center and square the Rear Wheel Slip Plate (#6) on the Runway, ensuring the Slip Plate Tabs are positioned above the top of the Long Spacer Tabs.
8. Secure the Slip Plate to the Runway using M8 Bolts & Nuts, aligning the holes to the Tab Holes for the Long Spacer & Runway.
9. Position the Ramp Support (#7) Tabs under the rear of the Slip Plate and secure using M8 Bolts & Nuts.
10. Insert L-Pins back in Slip Plate holes to secure.
11. Remove the Pivot Pin (#9) from the Ramp and position the Ramp Extension (#8) bracket holes to align with the pivot tube holes on the end of the Runway. Secure with Pivot Pin and Cotter Pins.
12. Ensure all components are properly aligned and fully tightened to the Runway.
