Installing the Evolution Powersports Front Grille Bezel on your Polaris RZR 200 is straightforward. Follow these steps for a successful installation:

  1. Remove the Hood Components: Begin by removing two push darts from the hood's center piece, and then remove two more push darts located underneath it.
  2. Fender Push Darts: Detach the three push darts from both front fenders.
  3. Disconnect Headlights: Unplug both low/high beam connectors found beneath the hood.
  4. Remove Front Clip Screws: Unscrew the four T-40 screws that secure the front clip to the vehicle. Two screws are located at the front, beneath the headlights, and the other two are positioned underneath the car, near where the A-arms connect to the frame. Now, remove the entire front clip.
  5. Grille Bezel Alignment and Drilling: Take the front clip to a workbench. Place the Evolution Powersports Front Grille Bezel in the correct position. Using a 7/64” drill bit, drill through each hole one by one, immediately installing the provided hardware after each hole is drilled.
  6. Hardware Fastening: With a 1/16” Allen wrench and a 1/4" socket, securely fasten all hardware. Be careful not to overtighten.
  7. Reassembly: Reinstall the front clip onto your Polaris RZR 200, ensuring all hardware is properly fastened. Do not forget to reconnect the low/high beam connectors.

If you have any issues or further questions, reach out to Evolution Powersports Tech Support for assistance. Note that this product is designed for non-road competition use in closed course environments and must comply with all applicable state and federal laws related to noise and emission standards.
