Installing Armorlite JK 4-Door Seatback Covers is straightforward. Start by folding down the driver-side back seat. Then, from the rear cargo area, position yourself for optimal alignment. Take the driver-side Armorlite seatback cover (the smaller, 40% piece) and place its left outside wall over the back seat, ensuring it's flush with the seat's side cushion. Align the pre-drilled holes of the Armorlite cover with the internal metal frame at the top of the seatback. Drill through these holes directly into the seat frame. Next, align the top horizontal edge of the Armorlite seatback cover with the factory fabric seam running across the top of the seatback. Also, align the lower cutout with the bottom seat bracket, ensuring an even gap around the bracket. Using a 1/8” drill bit, pre-drill all holes through the existing holes in the Armorlite cover. Keep the cover in place and manually screw in the provided fastener screws. Avoid using a larger drill bit to prevent fit issues later. After completing the driver-side, raise the back seat and repeat these steps on the passenger side, mirroring the alignment. Always wear gloves, ensure your vehicle is in "Park" with the emergency brake engaged, and use the tools specified in the instruction manual.
