If you're facing problems with your TP-Link TL-WPA4221 AV600 Powerline Wi-Fi Kit, a factory reset can often help. Here's how to reset your device to its default settings:

For the TL-PA4010 adapter: Locate the Pair button and press and hold it until all the lights on the adapter turn off and then come back on.

For the TL-WPA4220 extender: Find the Reset button and press and hold it for at least two seconds. Release the button, and all the lights will turn off. Once the lights turn back on, the reset is complete.

After the reset, your TP-Link device will be restored to its original factory settings. You'll need to go through the setup process again, using the instructions provided in the installation guide.
