If you're facing issues with your AirTies Air 4920 Mesh Access Point, resetting it to factory settings might help. Here's how to do it: First, find the reset button on the back of your device; it's a small button inside a small opening. Next, use a straightened paperclip or a toothpick to press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds. You'll see the LEDs on the front of the device flicker or shimmer while you're holding the button. After approximately three minutes, your AirTies Air 4920 will reboot and revert to its original factory settings. Keep in mind that this process will erase any custom network settings you've made. It's a good idea to write down your network name, password, and the user interface password beforehand.
