The WyreStorm APO-200-UC offers versatile connectivity options. Wireless casting is achievable through two primary methods: native streaming via AirPlay or Miracast, and the APO-DG1 USB-C dongle. To use the built-in wireless access point, you can choose between AP Enabled mode, which bridges to your existing network via LAN, or AP Disabled mode, requiring connection to your network's access point. Alternatively, the APO-DG1 USB-C dongle allows for easy wireless content sharing by plugging it into a PC's USB-C port. For connecting peripheral devices, the APO-200-UC includes a USB 3.0 Device Port for devices like conference cameras. For longer distances, consider using the CAB-UAOC-15, a 15m USB 3.2 active extension cable. On the APO-210 model, USB peripherals can connect via the HDBaseT output, supporting A/V extension and USB 2.0 devices due to bandwidth limitations. Control options include capacitive touch buttons for volume, mute, multiview modes, and USB host switching. The video mute button can cut video transmissions. The device also supports CEC auto power on/off and allows customization of CEC and RS232 commands via the web UI. Application modes include BYOD Conference Room and Zoom Room. In the BYOD mode, the APO-200-UC acts as a hub for connecting personal devices, transmitting video, and accessing USB cameras. The Zoom Room mode is designed for a dedicated room PC, restricting the APO-200-UC to use the USB Type B port as the active host connection. Consult the user manual for detailed instructions on each feature.
