To ensure safe and effective use of your Einhell DSL 250/1 Pneumatic Pin Grinder, follow these guidelines and always refer to the complete manual for detailed instructions. Before your first use, carefully read the entire instruction manual to understand the tool's operation and requirements. Always prioritize safety by wearing appropriate protective gear, particularly safety goggles, when operating the pin grinder. Connect the air supply to the tool using a quick-release coupling and regulate the working pressure to 6 bar with a pressure reducer. Never use oxygen or flammable gases to power the tool. Always disconnect the pin grinder from the air supply before performing any maintenance or repair work. When repairs are needed, use only genuine Einhell replacement parts. Avoid running the pin grinder at full idle speed for extended periods without a load, as this may impact its performance. Regularly inspect the grinding pins and replace them when necessary. Store the pin grinder safely, away from children. Securely clamp the workpiece before grinding. Use only organically bonded grinding wheels and grinding pins with a diameter of less than 20 mm. Adhere strictly to the speed limits recommended by the grinding wheel manufacturer. Allow new grinding wheels a 30-second running-in period, keeping all personnel away from the danger zone during this initial operation. Tighten the lock nut only enough to securely hold the grinding wheel in place. Ensure operators are fully trained in the safe operation of the pin grinder. Regularly lubricate the tool using special tool oil, either through a mist oiler or manually. Store the pin grinder in a dry environment.
