Connecting your speakers to the TAGA Harmony HTA-800B Hybrid Integrated Amplifier is straightforward. First, ensure the amplifier is switched off and unplugged from the power outlet. On the amplifier's rear panel, you'll find connectors, usually labeled for right and left channels. Prepare your speaker cables, each containing two conductors, often color-coded red (+) and black (-). Strip about 10mm (3/8 inch) of insulation from each conductor end. Loosen the speaker connector terminals for the corresponding channel on the amplifier. Insert the bare wire of the red conductor into the red (+) connector and tighten. Repeat with the black (-) conductor in the black (-) connector. Repeat this process for the other speaker and channel. Double-check all connections, ensuring no bare wires are exposed to prevent short circuits. Always connect speakers with correct polarity: red (+) to red (+) and black (-) to black (-). Incorrect polarity can negatively affect sound quality. For detailed visuals and additional information, consult the TAGA Harmony HTA-800B's user manual. Once connected, safely plug in your amplifier and power it on to enjoy your audio experience.
