Connecting your Smart Clean RoboVac 2000 to the Tzumi Smart Home app is easy! Here's how:
- Download the App: Start by downloading the Tzumi Smart Home app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices).
- Create an Account: Open the app and create a user account.
- Add Your RoboVac: Tap the "+" icon, usually located in the top right corner of the app, to add your Smart Clean RoboVac 2000 to your account.
- Choose a Connection Mode: There are two methods to connect your RoboVac:
- Default Mode Connect: Press and hold the "@" button on the RoboVac for 5 seconds until you hear a double tone. The RoboVac will reset, and the WiFi light will quickly flash blue. Follow the in-app instructions to set up the WiFi connection.
- AP Mode Connect: Press and hold the "#" button on the RoboVac for 5 seconds until you hear a double tone. The RoboVac will reset, and the WiFi light will quickly flash blue. Within 15 seconds, press the "#" button again. The WiFi light will flash slowly. Then, follow the instructions provided in the Tzumi Smart Home app to complete the connection process.
- Follow In-App Instructions: After selecting your connection method, carefully follow the on-screen instructions in the Tzumi Smart Home app to finalize the WiFi setup.
- Control Your RoboVac: Once connected, you can fully control your Smart Clean RoboVac 2000 through the app. You'll be able to select cleaning modes, set cleaning schedules, adjust the time, view the system status, receive notifications, and access additional features.
