
To successfully connect your I-SOL Standard Insole to your smartphone, please follow these steps: First, ensure both location services and Bluetooth are enabled on your smartphone. Next, open the I-SOL Care app and log in after registering your member information. Within the app, navigate to Device Registration to begin the pairing process. Place the smart insole and your smartphone close together. Then, tap the shoe image located in the center of the app screen. Following the in-app prompts, gently shake the I-SOL smart insole you wish to connect, either up and down or side to side. After the insole is recognized, assign a name to your device and save it within the app. If the connection fails, relocate to an area with minimal Bluetooth interference and retry the process.
