Pairing your Fosmon C-10683 WavePoint Wireless Remote Control with its receiver is a straightforward process. Here's how to do it:
- Remote Battery Check: Open the battery compartment on your Fosmon remote and insert a CR2032 battery, ensuring the positive (+) side faces up.
- Remote Functionality Test: Press the ON/OFF button on the remote. The LED indicator should illuminate, confirming the remote is powered on.
- Receiver Pairing Mode Activation: Plug the receiver into a standard 3-prong AC outlet. The LED indicator on the receiver will begin to flash slowly, signaling it's in pairing mode.
- Pairing the Remote: While the receiver's LED is slowly flashing, press the ON/OFF button on the remote once. The receiver should now be paired with your Fosmon remote. Note: The receiver will exit pairing mode after successfully pairing or if left inactive for approximately 29 seconds.
- Testing the Connection: Use the remote to test the ON/OFF functionality of your receiver.
To unpair the remote:
- Initiate Unpairing Mode: Unplug the receiver from the outlet and plug it back in. The LED indicator will begin flashing slowly, indicating pairing mode.
- Unpairing Action: Press and hold the ON/OFF button on the remote for about 3-4 seconds. The receiver's LED should flash rapidly for a few seconds.
- Complete Unpairing: Unplug the receiver from the outlet. The remote is now unpaired.
