
Setting the torque alarm on your ACDelco ARM602-4 Digital Torque Adapter is straightforward. First, enter the Set Mode by pressing and holding the Power Button (C/S: Clear/Start) for over two seconds. The display digits will then begin to blink, indicating you're in setting mode. Use the Up and Down buttons to adjust the target torque value to your desired setting. Press the Up button to increase the value, and the Down button to decrease it. You can either tap the buttons for incremental changes or hold them down for continuous adjustment. Once the display shows your preferred torque value, confirm your selection by pressing and holding the Power Button for two seconds, or simply wait for five seconds; the system will save the setting automatically. Your torque alarm is now set. When the applied torque reaches or surpasses this value, the adapter will emit a high-frequency buzzer, signaling you to stop applying torque.
