To effectively use your VIBROSHAPER M32775 Vibrations Trainingsplatte, follow these steps to select and begin an exercise program. There are two primary modes: Manual and Program. For Manual Mode:
- Power Up: Plug in your VIBROSHAPER M32775 and switch it on using the power switch.
