To adjust the temperature in your Kalamera KCF-100 Compact Deep Freestanding Freezer, follow these steps. First, locate the thermostat control on the freezer's control panel. This thermostat typically features settings marked OFF and numbers from 1 to 7; these numbers do not directly correlate to specific temperatures. To lower the freezer's temperature, turn the thermostat clockwise, which will increase the compressor's running time. Conversely, to raise the temperature, turn the thermostat counterclockwise, decreasing the compressor's operation. A green light on the control panel indicates that the compressor is active. After making adjustments, allow several hours for the temperature to stabilize. If the freezer was transported horizontally or tilted, wait 24 hours before plugging it in. Be mindful that introducing large quantities of food can temporarily affect the freezer's cooling performance. Avoid obstructing the air outlet and ensure sufficient space for proper airflow within the freezer. When adjusting the thermostat, make incremental changes, one setting at a time, allowing ample time for the temperature to stabilize between each adjustment to achieve optimal performance with your Kalamera KCF-100.
