Assembling your JMI HEAVY-DUTY Medium Size Universal Wheeley Bar with 10 Inch Wheels is straightforward. Here's a step-by-step guide to ensure proper setup:
Securing the Wheeley Bar Legs: Slide the three Wheeley Bar Legs (Part B) into the Wheeley Bar Base (Part A). Secure each leg using two 3/8 - 16 x 3/4 Hex Head Cap Screws (Part I) and two 3/8 Washers (Part J) per leg.
Attaching Rear Axles and Tires: Flip the base over and position the two Rear Axles (Part N) face down. Use two Rear Axle bolts (Part G) to hold them in place. Then, flip the base back over and slide a Rubber Tire (Part R) onto each Rear Axle. Secure each tire with a Cotter Pin (Part L) inserted into the holes on the Axles.
Installing the Steering Axle: Attach the Steering Axle (Part O) to the base, utilizing the Leveling components (Part S), a Wingnut (Part D), a Washer (Part F), a Spacer (Part T), two Jam Nuts (Part C), a Fender Washer (Part E), and a Rubber Foot (Part K). Ensure the Steering Axle is correctly positioned before securing the Leveling components.
Attaching the Tow Handle: Connect the Tow Handle (Part Q) to the Steering Axle using the Clevis Pin (Part M) and a Cotter Pin (Part L).
Adjusting Leveling Screws for Stability: Insert the two Leveling Screws (Part S) into the Wheeley Bar for stability on various terrains. For soft ground, remove the Rubber Foot and screw the Levelling components directly into the ground. For enhanced stability, consider upgrading to Gold Zinc-Plated Steel Levelling components Feet.
