To correctly assemble and install the burner for your Outdoor Greatroom BRON52-K Bronson Fire Pit, follow these steps. First, address the gas connections. Ensure all gas connections, completed at the factory, are leak-free. Tighten any loose connections using two wrenches and recheck for leaks. For hard piped installations, connect your gas supply line (not included) to the 3/8” male flare fitting on the valve, again using two wrenches to ensure a secure, gas-tight connection. Next, set up the burner by unpacking it and removing the 24-inch flex line between the burner orifice and valve. Connect the provided 34-inch flex line using two wrenches, performing a leak test after tightening. Place the burner into the burner plate. Then, assemble the CF-SPARKER. Locate the CF-SPARKER inside the Crystal Fire® Plus burner box and insert a AAA (not included), ensuring the positive end is facing outwards. Install the CF-SPARKER into the control panel, preceding the control valve, and test it by pressing the button. Proceed with the control panel assembly. Pull the VCSV valve through the back and front openings of the control panel block and connect a flexible gas supply line to the valve inlet using a ½” flare nut. Attach the burner valve to the control panel with the provided screws. Now, install the thermocouple, attaching it to the burner valve as indicated in the manual. For the electrode installation, connect the igniter and ground wire to the sparker box and test the system by pushing the igniter button. Finally, attach the control panel to the block, ensuring all connections are secure, and use the provided screws. Complete the setup by scattering the included glass beads, lava rock, or other approved fire media evenly across the burner surface. Always refer to the detailed instructions in your Outdoor Greatroom BRON52-K Bronson Fire Pit manual for comprehensive guidance.
