
If your Sensi V3 Zigbee Contact Sensor isn't working correctly, a factory reset might fix the problem. Here's how to reset it, as outlined in the user manual: First, locate the Factory Reset button on your Sensi V3. You'll need a small tool, like a needle, to press it. Press and hold this button for 20 seconds. While you're holding the button, keep an eye on the indicator on the sensor. The LED will turn yellow. Release the button when it turns yellow. After releasing the button, give it a few seconds. The LED should cycle through a few colors: yellow, then cyan, and finally white. Once the LED has cycled through the colors, you'll need to pair your Sensi V3 Zigbee Contact Sensor with the Third Reality App again.
